What We Do

Our company has been inspecting facilities for lead-based paint and lead-based paint hazards in Oklahoma since 1996.

We are a licensed firm in Oklahoma and have a licensed lead-based paint risk assessor and abatement supervisor on staff.

By utilizing a Niton XRF analyzer, we can test for lead in paint and have accurate results immediately.  Our inspections meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development standards set forth in the "Guidelines For The Evaluation And Control Of Lead-Based Paint Hazards In Housing" and the applicable Oklahoma regulations also. 

Why You Should Be Concerned About Lead-Based Paint!

Lead dust is generated from deteriorating lead-based paint and is a known health hazard, expecially to young children.  Elevated blood lead levels have been linked to numerous health issues, including learning disabilities, anemia and nuerological disorders.  In severe cases, it can cause death.

About half the homes built before 1978 have lead-based paint.

25% of the homes built between 1960 and 1978 have lead-based paint.
